I am proud to be able to serve the vegan and gluten-
free community, I don't wish to give the pretense
that I am a vegan or gluten-free. I do my best to
use quality ingredients and use them responsibly
and respectfully. I have put together these selections
and rely on my vegan and gluten-free customers to
further influence my knowledge of gluten-free and
vegan choices.
